Oven Porridge

  • 2 ½ dl pearl barley
  • ½ l water
  • 1 ½ l milk
  • 1 tsp salt
 

Combine all the ingredients in a buttered ovenproof dish. Bake the porridge for 2-3 hours at 175°C. Serve the porridge with milk and fruit sauce.

(Bake pre-cooked broken barley grains for approximately 1.5 hours, pre-cooked whole grains for app. 2 hours.)
